Indiquez désignation matière, document exigé et lien attendu avec les panneaux livrés. Un certificat de nuance similaire ne suffit pas sans rattachement à la commande. Convenez du suivi avant disparition des marquages lors de la découpe.
Conserver les correspondances
Suivez les tôles d'origine jusqu'aux pièces. Distinguez coulées et lots mélangés dans une commande. En cas de sous-traitance, définissez le retour des informations. Le dossier doit permettre de remonter d'une pièce finie à sa matière sans reconstituer les faits de mémoire.
