Start with use and function
Une photographie ou la demande de reproduire un échantillon laisse souvent dimensions, matière, ouvertures et finition sujets à interprétation. Le principal obstacle est alors un besoin incomplet.
Finished size and material
Commencez par l’application et la fonction attendue : support de charge, filtration, clôture, résistance à la corrosion ou aspect. Indiquez ensuite dimensions finies, ouverture ou motif, diamètre du fil ou épaisseur de tôle, matériau, finition, quantité et tolérances.

Drawings, revisions and samples
Sur les plans, repérez cotes critiques, plis, soudures, cadres, trous de fixation et sens de montage. Pour les commandes répétées, conservez le numéro d’échantillon approuvé ou l’indice du plan afin d’éviter les changements seulement verbaux.
Timing and packing
Précisez enfin délai cible, destination, besoin d’échantillons et emballage. Le fournisseur peut alors examiner ensemble faisabilité, matières, opérations et livraison.
