READING NOTES
Agree inspection before shipment
Define the acceptance items and supporting evidence with the supplier before dispatch. Reference the approved product drawing, material specification and purchase quantity. Where a characteristic requires testing, agree the method and who is qualified to perform it.
Check labels and documents first
Match product codes, batch details and package counts to the order. Review material and finish declarations for the actual supplied items. A generic certificate without a delivery link should be referred back for clarification rather than accepted as complete traceability.

| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Review condition under controlled handling
Receiving personnel should follow the documented handling arrangements for sharp wire products. Record damaged packaging, obvious distortion or visible corrosion without casually releasing restraints or opening coils. Any closer examination needs the site's approved procedure and appropriate trained personnel.
Address construction specific checks
Verify the connection construction stated in the drawing; do not apply a weld checklist to a product that uses a different method. Keep suspected nonconforming material identifiable and record the affected package references. Obtain the supplier's documented disposition before installation so acceptance decisions remain separate from pressure to complete the delivery paperwork.
