Define screening or airflow
Le diamètre des trous ne définit à lui seul ni le débit, ni le criblage, ni la résistance du panneau. Le pas, la disposition et la surface ouverte doivent être choisis selon l’usage.
Hole, pitch and open area
Pour le criblage, indiquez les particules recherchées, le passage acceptable et le nettoyage. Pour ventilation et capots, examinez écoulement, bruit et protection. Pour la décoration, précisez densité visuelle, planéité et positions des plis.

Thickness, material and edges
Définissez aussi épaisseur, matériau et finition des bords. Des trous proches de l’épaisseur de la tôle demandent un contrôle préalable de faisabilité. Acier galvanisé, inox et acier au carbone répondent à des conditions différentes de corrosion et d’aspect.
Perforated-sheet enquiry
La demande doit réunir longueur, largeur, épaisseur, motif, ouverture, pas, zone perforée, quantité et opérations de pliage ou de bordage.
