実開口を確認

メッシュ数だけでは開口、強度、流量は決まりません。同じ数でも線径が違えば有効開口は変わります。捕捉粒子、介質、流れ方向を先に示します。

液体、気体、乾式ふるいで張力と構成は異なります。繰返し洗浄や差圧には支持も検討します。鋼種は介質・温度に合わせ、特殊薬品の適合性を事前確認します。

Can mesh count define filtration on its own?

No. Wire diameter changes clear opening, and particle target, flow and pressure differential also matter.

Should the filtration medium be stated?

State whether the duty is liquid, gas or dry screening, together with temperature, cleaning and flow direction.

When is material compatibility important?

Confirm compatibility before ordering when chemical media, temperature or repeated cleaning are involved.
