Filtration duty and medium
A contagem de malhas indica aberturas por unidade de comprimento, mas não define sozinha abertura livre, resistência ou vazão. Com fios de diâmetros diferentes, a mesma contagem produz aberturas úteis diferentes.
Mesh count, wire and opening
Informe a faixa de partículas a reter, o meio e a direção do fluxo. Filtração de líquidos, gases e peneiramento a seco exigem condições distintas de abertura, tensão e construção. Limpeza repetida ou pressão diferencial também exigem avaliar os apoios.
