READING NOTES
Describe the screening stage
Record whether the mesh handles initial separation, intermediate sizing or a finishing cut. Include the feed size distribution, particle shape and changes in moisture. A dry sample alone may not represent material arriving after rain or washing.
Investigate the existing failure
Keep photographs and a marked screen diagram showing plugged openings, broken wires and wear near the feed point. Ask the equipment specialist to distinguish material blinding from a fastening or support problem before ordering a different mesh. A larger nominal opening is not automatically the right correction.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project
Start with the application, then carry the required checks into the enquiry.Swipe horizontally on mobile to view the full table| Decision area | What to assess | Confirm in the enquiry |

| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Confirm the equipment interface
Provide the screen dimensions, edge preparation, tensioning arrangement and support locations. Replacement cloth must match the machine's approved mounting method. Do not assume that mesh with an identical aperture will fit an existing hook or clamping arrangement.
Plan a documented comparison
Evaluate a proposed replacement against the same feed conditions and maintenance observations. Record product separation, cleaning interruptions and where wear first appears. Retain the approved drawing and replacement reference so the next purchase reflects the successful configuration rather than an approximate description of the old cloth.
