READING NOTES
Draw the complete panel
A perforated field does not have to fill the sheet. Identify the outer profile, the usable perforated area and every unperforated border on the same drawing. Clarify whether a margin is measured to a hole edge or a hole center. That distinction is especially useful where the final row ends near a cut edge or where an end pattern must match adjacent panels.
Reserve material at interfaces
Locate mounting holes, folds, weld areas and frame contact zones before finalizing the hole array. Dimension these features from shared reference edges rather than independently centering each feature. Ask the fabricator to check the proposed border layout against the production and forming sequence. A visually symmetrical field may still put a perforation where a fixing or folded flange needs solid material.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project
Start with the application, then carry the required checks into the enquiry.Swipe horizontally on mobile to view the full table| Decision area | What to assess | Confirm in the enquiry |

| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Confirm the visible result
For exposed panels, review the relationship between the frame opening and the first visible hole row. State whether border widths may vary when panels have different sizes. Approve a layout or sample that includes a corner and fixing detail, then identify it on the order. This makes border appearance and assembly fit part of the same review.
