READING NOTES
Understand how the court is used
Identify the sport, expected intensity of use and the surrounding paths or facilities. Discuss ball containment and visibility with the project team before selecting the enclosure. A panel height copied from another court may not address the same activity or neighboring conditions.
Draw the full boundary
Mark fence runs, corners, gates and ground level changes on one layout. Show gate opening direction and the clear access needed for users and maintenance equipment. Include adjoining surfaces and structures that may restrict post positions or the space available beside the fence.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project
Start with the application, then carry the required checks into the enquiry.Swipe horizontally on mobile to view the full table| Decision area | What to assess | Confirm in the enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Coordinate the structure
Have the responsible designer confirm posts, panel connections, foundations and top treatment for the application. Match the mesh and supporting system to that approved arrangement. Distinguish standard straight sections from end and gate assemblies in the purchasing schedule.
Check installation readiness
Review a representative connection and verify that the ordered panels, posts and hardware correspond to the same drawing. Plan delivery batches around complete installation sections. Before handover, inspect gate operation, exposed edges and access routes against the approved project requirements, recording outstanding items for correction.
