READING NOTES
Map the installation sequence
Start with how the mesh will reach its final position. A continuous enclosure, repeated framed section and small equipment insert need different handling plans. Identify where workers can unpack, stage and move material before deciding between rolls and flat panels.
Review rolls in context
For roll supply, state width, length, winding direction and the condition required after unwinding. Ask how cut ends are secured in the package. The receiving team should know whether additional flattening or cutting is expected before the mesh can be fixed in place.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project
Start with the application, then carry the required checks into the enquiry.Swipe horizontally on mobile to view the full table| Decision area | What to assess | Confirm in the enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Review panel requirements
For panels, specify overall dimensions, squareness, flatness and edge condition. Include the frame or fixing detail when panels must fit an existing opening. Confirm whether dimensions describe the mesh alone or the complete framed assembly, since that distinction affects ordering and inspection.
Compare the delivered workload
Evaluate packaging size, unloading access, storage space and planned installation rate alongside price. A useful comparison includes the work needed at the site, particularly trimming, straightening and sorting. Approve the supply form only after transport limits and the installation method have been checked together.
