READING NOTES
Start with the building orientation
Describe the facade direction and the spaces behind the screen, including where occupants sit or work. Ask the building designer to evaluate the proposed shading through the project's daylight and solar assessment. A rendering taken from one viewpoint cannot establish seasonal shading performance. Hole size and open area should be considered within the screen's position relative to the glazing and the sun.
Compare views from both sides
Review a representative panel with its intended finish and background. Observe outward views, external visibility and reflected light under relevant conditions. Where perforation zones vary across the elevation, check their boundaries and transitions at actual panel joints. Record the approved sample orientation and viewing conditions so later batches can be compared consistently.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project

| Application | Define the actual application | Environment, function and installation |
| Specification | Confirm product and dimensions | Material, specification, quantity and tolerance |
| Delivery | Align packing and destination | Timing, packing, drawings or photos |
Resolve the facade assembly
Have the responsible engineer validate panels, brackets and fixings for the project loads and building requirements. Include movement, drainage and access for cleaning in the design review. Clarify how damaged panels can be removed without disrupting adjoining areas. Keep pattern drawings linked to the facade layout; shifting a solid border or changing a panel size can affect the visual composition as well as the attachment details.
