READING NOTES
Coil size and restraint
Razor wire can deform, interlock or suffer handling damage during export. Packing should be designed around coil diameter, turns, coil weight and clip configuration, rather than improvised at container loading.
Moisture and handling protection
Each coil should have a defined core, tie points and outer protection. When several coils are stacked, separation or restraint is needed so vibration does not cause them to tangle. Damp routes or long storage periods may also call for moisture protection and ventilated pallet arrangements.
DECISION TABLE
Confirm the parameters against the project
Start with the application, then carry the required checks into the enquiry.Swipe horizontally on mobile to view the full table| Decision area | What to assess | Confirm in the enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Coil parameters | Coil diameter, turns, weight and clips | Core, tie points and outer protection |
| Transport | Damp routes, storage and handling | Moisture protection, ventilation and restraint |
| Loading and delivery | Door clearance, flat/upright loading and forklift access | Destination, container, labels and marks |
Container space and placement
Before loading, compare coil diameter with container-door clearance, decide on flat or upright placement, and allow for pallet height and forklift access. Excessive compression may increase quantity per container but makes rebound, irregular coils and installation problems more likely.

Export marks and delivery
Provide the destination, container type, neutral-packing requirement, label language and carton-marking instructions early. The factory can then plan packing and loading around the actual delivery route.
