READING NOTES
Rolls, panels and fittings
The delivery risks differ for rolls, flat panels and palletised mesh. Rolls must retain their diameter and protected ends; panels need protection from bending, abrasion and corner impact; fence accessories must not be mixed or omitted.
Packing as a specification
Treat packing as part of the specification. State quantity per bundle or pallet, corner protection, pallet use, label content, shipping-mark position and neutral-packing needs. If destination handling is limited, also consider unit weight and forklift access.

|---|---|---|
| Roll delivery | Roll diameter, protected ends and pallet form | Quantity per bundle, labels and corner protection |
| Panel delivery | Bending, abrasion and corner impact | Pallet, stacking and handling |
| Project loading | Zones for panels, posts, fittings and gates | Destination, container and packing list |
Zones and packing list
For a project order containing panels, posts, fittings and gates, use zone identification and show the quantity for each zone on the packing list. This makes it easier to distribute materials in installation order after the container is opened.
Pre-loading checks
Before confirming an order, ask for a packing sketch, expected volume and container recommendation. Confirming these details early is usually less costly than resolving freight damage later.
